Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Woodstock Products Company International ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Woodstock Products Company International is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Woodstock Products Company International is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns

Woodstock Products Company International (via www.woodstockamerican.com) only accepts returns on un-used products, and a return claim must be filed within seven days of the delivery date. We are not able to accept returns, exchanges or offer full or partial refunds for products that have been used. Please inspect all items prior to use, once used they cannot be returned for any reason. If you decide to send an item back, please be sure to package it the same way it arrived to ensure that it does not break on the way back to us. We recommend all return shipments purchase insurance covering the full amount of the order. If you chose not to purchase insurance and your shipment is damaged, Woodstock Products Company International (via www.fincigs.com) cannot offer you a refund. Once the item has been inspected and approved for re-stocking, a full refund for the purchase price will be issued. If you are returning an item due to preference and not a Woodstock Products Company International error (wrong product/DOA/piece missing) and you received free shipping, you will receive a refund equal to the full purchase amount minus the cost of shipping. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees incurred.
